Why MCA?

Rob says: /things deteriorated quickly at after Grant Brokenshire jumped ship. Staff ended up having to put money in the metre for electricity, staying in hostels and having to take army rashions for whole weeks at a time to save money.
Grant Brokenshire says: Not found anywhere more pleasant yet? The old bunk beds still looking like the only option?
